I’m Margò, a UX Researcher and Designer with a mission: to shape product decisions by translating complex user insights into clear, impactful design strategies—always blending empathy with data.
I have a humanities background (B.A. in International Relations and M.Sc. in Marketing and Communications), and an international leaven. I've started my designer path by working on digital transformation projects as a part of Accenture Interactive Italy in 2019.
Currently, as a Product UX Researcher at TUI Musement, I'm focusing on UX strategy, mentoring designers on user research, organizing and facilitating collaborative cross-teams workshops that inform design through actionable insights.
I love to test design hypotheses, experiment, choose the most suitable, and often hybrid methodologies, build processes, - to uncover insights and translate them into elegant and functional solutions. To me, it's essential to consider the context and track how design improvements contribute both to users' and the company's goals. Often, there's a lot of ambiguity and unknown variables in the process, but that's where all the fun and infinite possibilities lie!
I'm fascinated by all-things psychology and design, and I believe that as we shape the products, the products shape our behaviour and everyday life. That's why I design to change life for the better, with purpose and integrity.
